Last weekend our team of 7 runners took on the Seneca7- a 77.7 mile run around Seneca Lake
We each ran three legs- anywhere from 3-6 miles each, for over 11 hours straight.
It was a fun experience... but probably not one I'll do again. It made for a LONG day of sitting in the car!
And after we finished? A big meal & a beer for everyone at Applebee's before we all went home and slept well for the night!
