How not to have fun on a field trip

I love that I have a job that is flexible enough to allow me time with my kids. Of course, I have to work about 60 hours and 4 nights to get that "flex" time, but it's worth it when I get to go on field trips and take some afternoons off with the kids.

Our last field trip to the pumpkin patch with J's preschool was not one of those times.

Grumpy child.Grumpy child.Still grumpy. And clingy.And grumpy.

But I'm still blessed.
