Ruffled Skirt

How beautiful is this material from JoAnne's?  I found it as part of the David Tuterra wedding line, and at $24.99 a yard it is not cheap!  But it was 1/2 off this weekend so I bought a yard.  Not enough to make anything fancy, but enough to make a simple skirt.

The top is a little bunchy- I made it quickly and just threaded elastic through.  I'm going to redo the top, but the rest can stay as is.
