Oops... this post was supposed to be posted to the family blog. You would think that I would have it more together by 7:30 in the morning... apparently not!

I haven't been too good with the posts this month, we've been very busy! Most kids play with lego's or blocks. Not Jacob. He plays with items pulled out of the pantry. Now if I could only train him to put the groceries away...

We went to the annual church picnic, where Jacob hid from the girls with his new friend.

On Labor Day weekend cousins Jenna and Taylor came down to visit. They are so awesome with him, we wish we got to see them more!

Grandpa was there too. We took him to the park in our neighborhood.

We spent plenty of time just hanging around the house too. Doesn't daddy have big shoes to fill? Tristan "Triscuit" Carrig came to visit us for the day. We played at home, had a snack, and then the mommies went to Kershaw for a walk and some Chai Lattes. We tried out mommy's new double stroller- pretty cool!

There was lots of hard work this month too. Mommy made curtains for all of the rooms in the new house. Here is Jacob "helping."
