Easy enough instructions:
Fill up a balloon and drape with cheese cloth. Spray with liquid starch. Let dry. Pop Balloon.
The end result is supposed to look like this:
But this is what I got:
The newspaper I made it on to protect my table stuck to the cheesecloth ghost like crazy. And it still wasn't enough starch to make the ghost keep his form.
At least the head looked really good... until I popped the balloon. It didn't so much pop as it did slowly deflate as it collapsed the cheesecloth ghost as it went.
Verdict: Fail.
