Pinterest Project Pass/Fail: Ruffle Skirt

True story:  On Tuesday night I was bored so I brought my sewing machine up from the basement, found a piece of material and attempted to make this skirt.

No pattern.  No directions.  Just the vague idea that I had seen in once on Pinterest and that it was cute.

After it was finished I looked up the picture to see how mine compared.

Not too bad for no pattern, no directions, and complete and utter boredom.  But now that I have an idea of how it goes together, I think I'll try again with cute fabric.

Verdict:  WIN!
