Looks like we might have made some progress with the buyers, they've told their attorney that the deal is on again, with conditions. We're not holding our breath, since
DAWN KANE OF HUNT REALTY is still involved.
When we went to check out the progress on our new place this week all of our neighbors were outside hanging out in the street. Since the other kids all had bikes, our new neighbor Adeline brought out this police car for Jacob to borrow.
We now have a second floor! Here is the first though, the living room.
This is upstairs, the room straight ahead is our master bedroom. The nursery is to the right and I'm standing in what will be the bathrooms.
This is how we left the house that night, and then two days later...
We have a roof! They move so fast!

This is the future bonus room, which we will finish off eventually. It wasn't going to be a rush to complete, but we might be working on it sooner than later. Can you believe we're already outgrowing our house and we haven't even moved in yet??

DAWN KANE OF HUNT REALTY we could enjoy the process without worrying about how the hell we're going to pay our next deposit without having the proceeds from the house yet.
