What I wore.... to work 4/24

So, today it's nearly 70 degrees.  By tonight we'll have rain and possibly snow.

Welcome to Upstate NY.

I was in a classic Black & White mood this morning.

Skirt:  The Limited (Clearance rack- of course!) $15
Top:  Banana Republic Outlet- $12
Jacket:  The Limited (From T.J. Maxx) $20

I know white skirts (and shoes, dresses & purses) aren't allowed until Memorial Day.  Does that rule apply count if there is black in the skirt too?
