Pinterest has two basic versions for this.
1. Mix equal parts Elmer's Glue and Water, shake, and use.
2. This recipe:
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp oil
I tried the second version thinking it would be more natural than Elmer's glue (which is silly, because how can you get more natural than horse hooves?
It went together really well.
But the finished product?
I'm not convinced. Is real Modge Podge this cloudy and gross looking?
We'll call this a fail.
But here's an easy win:
